for the last several years, matt and i have wanted to make it back to the "Y" for a football game and see the fall colors. something has always prevented us from making it happen, until now! i think it has been eleven years since we have watched the cougars play in "cougar stadium." i have to admit i was a little nervous to go to the game after seeing what the weather was going to be like. they were predicting snow! we don't do well in snow, cold weather etc...that's why we moved to southern california. anyway, the weather held out for us. it was about 40 degrees, cold, but doable. the snow didn't hit until later that night. it really was the perfect weekend away, even if it was a little cold. thanks mom for taking the kids. they had a great time too!

I love Provo Canyon in the fall, it's so pretty! Glad you guys got to go to a game, I forget how much fun they are (until it starts to get really cold)
Ahhhhh, the Motherland. . . thanks for the reminder of what Fall is supposed to look like! Makes me SO homesick!
