crazy busy week...

i can't believe how much we had going on last week...i will probably have that much going on this week and the next! anyway, thought i'd post some pics from the shoot i did last week. i love this cute little family. i started photographing them when this little guy was just born. aren't they all so sweet?

hopefully, i can get some of my other stuff posted. we had rain gutter regatta, a huge service project for enrichment (which i was in charge of:) ) and other stuff!
i am really dying to get all my fall decorations out. i get so excited to start decorating for the holidays. my mother trained me well:) ! now it just needs to cool off by about 20 degrees...at least!

funny boy

a few shots of typical chase. i wish you could say you never know what you're going to get with him, but you really kinda do. you're going to get a super silly wanna-be cartoon character!

life would be so boring without him:)

a girly sneaky peak

i was so excited to get a girl to photograph! i haven't had too many newborn girls. over the last few years, has anybody else notice that there have been way more boys being born than girls? so whenever i get a girl, i am overjoyed. little macy was a true joy! she slept the entire time, i couldn't have asked for a better baby! hope you enjoy your little sneak peak:)

isn't the mommy just beautiful!

labor day..without the labor

another fabulous day at the beach! the beach is always great when you're with great people!

if you look closely at the heads beneath the umbrella, you will notice parker and alec. they dug this hole as deep as they are tall. they even made some built in seats. parker then thought putting an umbrella in it would be great....it looked a little strange, but all the kids loved it. the kids really got excited when parker and alec told the younger kids they were going to cover the hole with sea weed and sand so it would be a "boobie trap."

ian has been a bit nervous this season about going out into the water and catching waves. fortunately matt took him out, and once again ian loved riding the waves!

look at j-mo! i loved his enthusiasm on the boogie board...NO FEAR! we tried to get chase out there...he said no way!

that's my boy..ditching his shoes and off and running!

just digging more holes!

hope everyone is having a great labor day weekend:)

oh my heck...it's a little boy day!

well, we still have one more week before preschool begins. sooo, we took the little guys to disneyland. to be honest i was quite nervous about how long the lines would be. i didn't think they really shortened until after labor day! boy was i wrong! it was a terrific day. we hardly stood in line at all. it was good to ride peter pan, pinocchio, dumbo, etc...usually the little guys get the shaft, they always get stuck just waiting while the big kids do their rides. today was all about them, and it was the best!

all chase could think about was getting this sucker. and once he got it, he gave it a few licks and was done! i knew this was how it would be, hence i only got him the teeny tiny one:)

i love toon town. we hardly ever go there because it is always so packed with people, you can hardly move. but not today! chase did the roller coaster there for the first time, and was the happiest boy on earth (after all, we were at the happiest place on earth!)

i had to 1970's this picture, because that is what this ride makes me think of! i so loved this ride as a kid:)

my somewhat attempt at a castle shot....the park was empty...but not that empty:)

thanks guys for a great day! now back to the work i have neglected all day!
