it was great to spend thanksgiving with family:) it was so sweet of my little pregnant 'sis to cook for all of us! she is 32 wks. pregnant and took on cooking her first thanksgiving meal. she did great!!! i really should of taken a picture of the thanksgiving pies...because that is what i enjoyed most, lol!
had to grab a shot of all my kids with my parents! i can't believe my dad turned 60 this year! you'd never guess that, huh?

my sister needed a new facebook pic, and a few maternity shots! isn't she beautiful???

my fabulous aunt, uncle, and my way beautiful cousin needed a family shot for christmas cards...this was my favorite:)

baby brother tim's little guy...look at those eyes! he's such a cutie.

baby brother tim's family! thought they needed a family pic...

so, i should of grabbed some shots of us actually enjoying the thanksgiving meal...but hey, i was a little too busy eating the food, and waiting for pie!
hope you all had an enjoyable thanksgiving!
i have been really busy lately with photography. i can't tell you just how much i have enjoyed spending time with your families. i so enjoy feeling and seeing the love and tender relationships that exist between the family members. it truly is a remarkable experience!

bad times and good times....

life is full of the good times and the bad times. sometimes life is like this picture below...like one big wave hits you unexpectedly.

and then there are the times you just want to cry....

but fortunately, we are also blessed with the good times, that fill our hearts with joy! hopefully, through the good and bad times, we can always be grateful for what we do have...like families!

isn't this one cute family below! i hope mom enjoys her pics (because ultimately isn't that who wants them most?) thought i'd i leave a few with you:)

i hope to be posting a few pics of my own family next week...little do they know i am taking them out for a photo shoot:) after all, i need to send out christmas cards too!

happy thanksgiving!
what are you grateful for?

a little fun in the sun...and water

i had some more fun at the beach with this cute family! look at all these beautiful girls! i thought maybe we wouldn't get that wet, since the tide was pretty low. boy, was i wrong! it was so hard to keep those girls out of the water, i so loved to watch their faces as the waves would roll in and soak their pants:)

doesn't this just make you hungry for another cute toddler in your home? look at these cute little hands!

before the sand and water took over, lol!

i only wish i looked this good pregnant...okay i only wish i looked this good now! isn't she just beautiful??! the hubby is out serving our country and is going to miss the birth of his first child:(
so tracy thought it would be great to capture a few images in her final weeks of pregnancy to send to him.

funny kids....

so, i haven't even blogged my last 5 or 6 photography sessions.."'tis the season" but while editing this session today i could not stop laughing! so i just have to post some! so my job/challenge is to photograph a family with a girl age 6, boy age 3, and twin boys age 4 months...on halloween! like the two olderkids wanted to be with me, lol! what a riot these pictures are...i wish i had some of these of my kids! thanks for the great time:)

this shot was taken so spontaneously. the kids were so done trying to pose with the rest of the family. so they just jumped off the couch and ran to me! how funny are these????

this one makes me laugh soooo hard!

halloween....

well, one holiday down....our celebrating began with chase's preschool program. last year he hardly participated. kinda just stood there and sung a few words of the songs. this year, he was the biggest ham! the other parents talked about his huge change in participation from last year to this year! the songs are so cute that they sing, and i just love watching their actions and dance moves that they have learned for each one! i love all the kids in his class, and i am so grateful for the opportunity that i have to work with these kids half the time:)

group hug!

so chase started out the day as a pirate and changed to a bakugon thrower that night for our trunk-or-treat. lexie is tinkerbell from the dead....don't even ask! when they hit middle school all the cuteness seems to leave them:( and ian came up with the great idea of being elvis! matt and i were so excited that he chose this! he did a fabulous job!

so check out these wonderful men...the four amigos! they were the hit of our trunk or treat! they were absolutely hilarious and entertaining! these costumes were made out of salvation army suits, plastic rhinestones, lots of glitter glue, and love! what a show!!!!

here's the senoritas that go with the lovely four amigos! the lady second in from camera right, kelly, is the brains and talent behind the amazing amigo costumes! awesome job!

hope your halloween was fun, spooky, and safe!
